Expanding Group purchases fourth home

Morris Lane, Chartered Accountants, and specialists in the care home sector, have helped new owners Aru & Karthika Sivananthan to complete on the purchase of Aspray House nursing home which is centrally located at the heart of Leyton in Walthamstow. The purpose built home is situated across four floors and is registered for 64 residents with each enjoying their own ensuite bedroom.

Aspray House carries the Investors in People Award along with the Quality Standard ISO 9001 with the home specialising in dementia care. This is the fifth home around the M25 that the Sivananthan's have purchased, the other three being in Surrey including The Red House which recently achieved an 'Outstanding' rating from the CQC.

Aru said 'We are thrilled that we have been able to purchase Aspray House and would like to thank Nat West who have helped fund the purchase and my advisers including Morris Lane for helping to get this deal over the line. Our Surrey homes have a great reputation for their high standards of care, and money is already being spent on Aspray House to bring these up to the same level and to ultimately improve the lives of our residents'.
